Only ANUMC members may hire gear and are required to show their membership card when doing so.
Hire rates are set by the committee. Hire rates are capped at no more than $15 for club trips and $60 for private trips. An additional deposit must be paid when the gear is hired.
The gear store only accepts cash, so members will need to bring enough cash to cover hire and deposit. ATMs are available in the foyer near The Coffee Grounds cafe, and in Union Court. Where personal trips are competing with club trips, the club trip will take priority for equipment.
All hires are subject to the gear hire rules.
