Jerrara Creek Canyon

Trip type:
Canyoning
Difficulty:
Hard
Start date:
Sunday, 24 March 2019 - 7:00am

Jerrara Creek is a reasonably long canyon in the Bungonia National Park about 90 minutes north of Canberra. We would leave from the front of the ANU gym at 7:00am and return to Canberra that evening, probably around 7:30pm.

This trip is for experienced canyoners and abseilers only. It involves several abseils and some exposure, including a multi-pitch abseil down an 80m waterfall. We will be exiting via the Red Track.
