Regular Tuesday Climbing Training:
*This session has moved to the national library.
Come along to learn some climbing training techniques, and for a good 45-60 min work out.
Each session will consist of:
Warm-up phase - both bodyweight exercises and climbing
Power/Strength phase - using different techniques on the wall
Conditioning phase - intensive bodyweight exercises
Cool down - stretch.
To participate you need to have a belay pass, harness, climbing shoes and carabiner. You will be able to adapt all activities to your ability, so everyone is welcome.
