Over the last couple years I've been asked a lot about hangboarding and how to go about it, so I thought lockdown might be the best time to run a workshop for those interested.
I'll be going over:
- What hangboarding is
- What hangboard you should buy
- How to hangboard,
- And how often to do it
- Some general reccomendations to get started
I will also try to do a demonstration LIVE from my shed to help make things more visual.
This presentation will be fairly information dense, my aim is to educate you enough so you can make your own decisions that fit your circumstances and level the best.
