This course will be taught by Emma and will go over belay techniques for new climbers. Note that additional belay courses will be posted on the trip calendar.
*Note that if you sign up but do not show, you will be given lowest priority for future belay courses
To participate in the course, you need:
1. Valid SRA membership (if you are a current ANU student, you have this already); bring receipt
2. Valid ANUMC membership (existing membership valid until end of Feb 2015; new memberships available now); bring membership card
3. Belay course form (filled out, available at the ANU Sport front desk, $5 to pay at the end of the course)
You must have all 3 of the above, otherwise you will not be able to participate. You can join the ANUMC on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the gear store. See the Gear Store tab for more info*
Please bring your climbing gear if you have any, otherwise wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you can climb in.
