Trip type:
A session at the old wall for people on the mountaineering course, rope rescue workshop or who are canyon leaders looking for practice.
We will work on assisted abseils, a few haul systems and pick-off rescues if we have time.
Bring your typical canyoning/mountaineering kit and a harness.
There will be two sessions that will cover the same material, depending on who attends.
