Join Sabrina and me for another cross-country day trip, this time off-track to Teddy's Hut.
The route: From the Cascades car park, we follow the Thredbo River around to historic Teddy's Hut. We could return the same way or the more direct and higher route over Brindle Bull Hill. Total distance approx 18km.
Skill level: You should have cross-country skied before (experienced downhill skiers probably also OK). Technically this route is at the easier end of things, but it is a fairly long distance, and there may be some slopes if we take the high route back.
When you sign up, please indicate
- If I haven't skied with you before, please describe your previous skiing experience.
- Whether you have a car we can use, plus whether the car has a parks pass.
- Whether you have the COVID-safe app
In line with our Covid-safe policy: do not attend if you're feeling unwell, have flu-like symptoms, have travelled internationally or to hot spot areas or been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days, or your health is considered high risk. NB we will do our very best to avoid stopping at the ski resorts.
