Archived trip from old website run by Charlotte
Since the rivers are low I think it looks like a good time to head to the Penrith white water stadium.
Its a grade 3 run with big water, check out the website for more info and their requirements.

Some white water experience is necessary, and a reliable roll is strongly advised. Less experienced people could look into taking lessons on the day.
The water will be on 12 - 1:30pm and 2:15 - 3:30. It costs $38 for the day.
The plan will be to drive up in the morning and back in the afternoon.
We will probably be limited by how many boats we can take, so please let me know how many you can transport when you sign up.
