Let's do a training paddling on the lake - but don't fall in, because it's cold!
We'll paddle in the sea kayaks from the boat shed in the direction of Kinston and return. Aim is to do between 7 and 10 km and sustained pace.
Start: 9am. Return: aim for 10:30am
Bring warm clothes. Wetsuit or thermals with rain jacket.
Bring snacks and some dry warm clothes to leave at the boat shed for when you return.
Participants must be able to wet exit a sea kayak.
