We liked the first trip so much we're going again!
From the Wog Wog entrance to Morton National Park (Budawangs Ranges), Corang Peak can be visited in a day.
This is an 18km round trip, or a little longer if more sight seeing around the Corang Peak area is done.
The walking has some moderate slopes, and according to recent accounts, the track is not overgrown (thx to the folks we met at Quiltys Mountain). This should be feasible for a day without packs, providing we make an early start, and the weather is good. If the weather is poor on the day, we may slip the trip to the following Sunday.
(OK, we took a wrong turn the first time and went to the Corang River, but we know the turn now!)
