Join me for a scenic 12 km hike just a 2-hour drive from Canberra to explore the stunning Marble Arch and the dramatic Big Hole Trail. You can check out the details here:
Marble Arch and Big Hole Trail , New South Wales, Australia - 145 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
We will leave Canberra at 7am, arrive at Berlang Campground and Picnic area around 9am and start our hike.
We will have a river crossing at the beginning of the hike and depending on the rainfall close to the date, the water height might be something between ankle to waist height. So, please bring these items with you:
• a towel to dry yourself after river-crossing
• spare dry socks and pants if you like
• plenty of water (4-6 liters per person is my suggestion)
• sunscreen and hat
• proper hiking shoes
• lunch and snacks
I like to consider 4-5 hrs for the hike, 1 hour for lunch break. So, we will finish the hike at 3pm and be back in Canberra by 5pm.
If you have any concerns, shoot me a message.
