A fresh 10-15km morning trail run starting from the campsite.
We will start at 6:40am and finish in 90ish minutes. So that you still got time to have breakfast and catch up to your other activities. The goal is to enjoy and stay together and not getting lost! There will be a guided meditation +yoga to cool down and stretch out.
Bring your comfortable trail running shoes, weather appropriate clothes, water bottle and electrolytes if you prefer, running vest will be a nice-to-have but not necessary.
You'll have to be comfortable running a 5 km sub 30min-ish on the road, have tried long-runs or comfortable trying long runs if it's your first attempt. Hitting a few 5 km s beforehand might be helpful if you are not sure.
