Keen to get some backcountry turns in with the good weather this weekend? Me too!
The plan is to park at Guthega and head out via the dam to the Guthega trig and from there seek out some nice snow around the falls creek area for some laps.
Aiming to arrive at the carpark by 8am which means an early start leaving from Canberra (or a far more dignified wake up if we camp at island bend Friday night) and get back to the car by 3:30pm or so.
Let me know if anyone wants to hang around for the Sunday and get some more backcountry or resort laps in at perisher - keen to make the most of it.
Only taking people with past touring experience currently.
