The ANUMC is running a subsidised mountain biking skills course. The course we are running is called ‘ Core MTB Skills Program’ and runs over three sessions. This course is targeted at ANUMC members who can do the green runs at Stromlo and want to improve their skills.
A description of the course is as follows:
Three 90 minute sessions should take you pretty far if you want to step up your game…this is usually the minimum amount of sessions required to get most riders really feeling noticeable improvements. The aim is to ride safer, faster and more efficiently.
Info on the provider is at: http://ridetechnics.com.au/
We are looking to get a group together of a minimum of four people and maximum of eight people. Final numbers will determine cost. The estimate cost is between $60 and $90 per person after subsidy is applied.
The course will be run over three Saturday’s/ Sundays in May/June 2017. The exact timing is still to be determined, noting that we may not be able to accommodate everyone’s wishes with timing!
Expressions of interest for this course are being sought until 23 April.
To indicate interest, please sign up to the activity and I will be in contact after 23 April. In the sign up, please indicate your skill level and whether you would be willing to commit to running mountain bike trips for the ANUMC.
