We warm up for the snow season with a day of skiing around the cross-country trails at Perisher.
This trip is beginner-friendly. Sabrina Moir and I are happy to offer a short lesson for beginners and/or some cross-country techniques for intermediate level skiers (e.g., do you know how to kick-double pole?). If you're happy to help with some instruction please let me know when you sign up.
Intermediate skiers also welcome. For skiing around the trails we may split into beginner and intermediate groups.
Latest reports indicate a cover of only 15cm packed snow. If that cover deteriorates we may have to cancel the trip.
This trip is suitable for NNN-BC gear. The club has a limited amount of aging equipment. If the gear store runs out, there is also the possibility to hire externally. If anyone has to do this we'll try to share the excess costs among the group.
When you sign up, please indicate
