Thursday after work bridge-to-bridge run.
Start from 5:20pm - 6:30pm.
Aiming for 5km. Usual speed: 6-7min / km, but follow your own speed always.
Start Location: Močan & Green Grout cafe. 1/19 Marcus Clarke St, Canberra ACT 2601
Wear running clothing, running shoes, sun glasses, running hat, and sports watch to detect your heart rate and speed if needed.
Chance of any rain: 0%
Temperature will still be 3-5, or even colder, so wear something long sleeves. Once you start running, you will feel warm.
You don't have to keep running all the time, if you feel uncomfortable, stop and rest until you feel better, don't push yourself.
There will be drinking fountain on the way.
We will wait for everyone and stretch after the run here: Outdoor Gym of Henry Rolland Park
And after that you're free to go home or have a catchup, etc.
