Please note that the trip will be rescheduled due to the wet weather on the September 14th, new date is pending to be decided.

The weather is getting warmer and it's time to go to the coast!
We had this lovely trip led by Massie at the beginning of the year and I'm keen to organise another one to revisit the breathtaking scenery of Booderee National Park in Jervis Bay.
This 16.7km loop trail promises stunning views of pristine beaches and rugged coastal cliffs. And the route is in this link: https://www.alltrails.com/en-gb/trail/australia/new-south-wales/booderee-circuit-trail
We’ll depart Canberra at 7 am, stopping briefly for coffee at Nerriga Hotel (about 1.5 hours from Canberra). We should reach Booderee National Park around 10 am. The hike will take approximately 4.5 hours, but plan for 6-7 hours total to allow time for a swim and a lunch break. We aim to leave the park by 5 pm and return to Canberra by 8 pm.
It's considered as beginner friendly but please let me know your hiking experience so we can decide.
Make sure to bring plenty of water in case it's a hot day, your swimwear to enjoy the clear waters of Jervis Bay, and some food and snacks for the journey.
The trip will happen on a Saturday of September 14th (or 21st if the weather is unsafe and people are uncomfortable, but feel free to let me know your preference on the date too. It's likely we have 2 o 3 cars& drivers, and at most 12 people. Let me know if you can be our driver. I'll add people accepted to a messenger group a week before the trip.
Cost is around $15 to $20? for fuel?
