The Kangaroo Valley Extravaganza is back for the 2026 ANZAC Day long weekend!
Join us for another long weekend packed with activities in and around Kangaroo Valley.
No matter what your interests are, we'll have something for you:
- Climbing at nearby crags
- Bushwalking and trail running in any of the national parks / state forests in the area
- Kayaking in the local lakes and rivers
- Mountain biking along some great trails
- Swimming and surfing at beautiful beaches
- Canyoning in nearby national parks
- Chilling out at base camp with great people
Key information
Start date: Friday 24 April 2026 - setting up camp in the late afternoon / evening.
Finish date: Monday 27 April 2026 - packing up camp in the morning.
Note: You are welcome to come for all of the time, or just one or two of the nights.
Location: Bendeela Recreation Area
We have booked campsites and will be setting up a big base camp where we can all gather at the end of each day.

We will have separate trips listed for all of the activities on the Kangaroo Valley Extravaganza. Please keep an eye out for new trips being posted. To make the most of your time at the Kangaroo Valley Extravaganza, it's good to register for at least one trip on each of the days.
You will need to be registered and accepted on to at least one of those trips to be accepted on this trip.

We will be managing all of the gear rentals for people attending the Kangaroo Valley Extravaganza.
