I'm going for a run this Thursday and wouldn't mind some company. We'll meet at 5pm at the electricity substation at the end of Frith Rd (https://goo.gl/maps/QypIV).
We'll be doing an easy 30min followed by another 30min for those that are keen. Please sign up if you're coming so we know who to wait for.
