Paddle to springbank island.



Practice rolling.



Paddle back.



Suitable for intermediates who have had some instruction/practice/watched some youtube as there will be no formal instruction.



However if any budding lake kayakers want to learn wet exits and deep water rescues, we can do those too - just let me know when you sign up.
