Abseilling Skills - Old wall

This session is open for to beginners to learn basic abseiling skills, and more advanced abseilers who would like to practice their supervision skills.

We will meet at the base of the old climbing wall and practice for a couple of hours. Please don't be late.

I will organise group and personal gear. When signing up let me know if you need any of the following:

• Harness


• Helmet


• Carabiners


• Belay device (Figure 8 or ATC)


• Prussik cord

If you have your own personal gear please bring this along.
