Doing the trip in two days makes it a fairly relaxed trip. I have some friends that did it recently and they said the whole thing in one day was a bit of an epic. I'm a slow rider and I want to take the time to enjoy the trail.
In order to attend this trip you'll need to have your own mountain bike (it will need front suspension at the minimum) and be comfortably riding it. This is cross country style mountain biking so it isn't shouldn't be too challenging. If you can run the greens at Stromlo you'll be fine.
We'll need at least two cars to do this trip in order to run a shuttle.
Camping: car camping, so fairly easy.
