Beginner Ski Touring Daytrip [Closed]

We'll leave Canberra at 7:30, go down to the Selwyn area. On our way to the cross country trails we'll pass by the Gooandra trailhead to scout snow coverage for the overnight the next weekend.

We will go to the Selwyn cross country trails - along the start of the four mile hut trail, staying close to the trailhead and going through the basics of tele or NNN bindings and kick and glide.

• snow pants, or rain pants with thick fleece thermals
• puffer jacket
• two sets of thermals
• sunglasses for snow reflection
• sunscreen
